Its effect becomes visible about 3-5 days after application. It may take up to 15 days for the full effect to occur.

How long does the Botox effect last?

Its effect lasts for 4-6 months. Regularly repeated applications increase the degree and duration of its effect.

Is it a permanent method?

Since it is not a method with a permanent effect, unlike surgery, it should be determined whether it needs to be repeated according to the needs of the person. Depending on the degree of mimic use and skin type characteristics, the application may need to be repeated at certain intervals.

How often is Botox repeated?

Although it varies according to the need, it is usually repeated every 4 to 6 months, which makes the effect of the application more permanent. The biggest advantage of its regular application is that it prevents muscle contraction in the application area and trains the area to prevent mimics. Thus, the frequency of application decreases over time.

Is Botox a painful procedure?

Pain and aches are prevented by using cold compression or anesthetic cream before and after the application. It is applied using very fine tip injectors. Most of the time, the patient does not feel anything during the toxin application.
