Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains what information is collected when you visit evrenaykoc.com, how it is used and what your rights are. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

Appointment and contact forms

When you fill in a form, your name, phone number, email address and the topic, date, time and message you enter are sent to us. This information is used only to contact you and plan your appointment; it is forwarded to the clinic by email and kept as a record in the website’s admin panel. Please do not enter detailed health information in the forms. If you choose to send photos or health information for a preliminary assessment (for example via WhatsApp or email), this data is processed as special category personal data on the basis of your explicit consent and only for that assessment.

Form security and Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA v3, provided by Google LLC, to protect the forms against bots and spam. To assess whether a form is submitted by a person, it collects data such as your IP address, browser and device information, interactions on the page and Google cookies, and sends it to Google. The resulting security score is used only for form security. The forms are also protected by a hidden honeypot field and a rate limit. See the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Cookies and analytics

We may use Google Tag Manager, Google Site Kit and measurement services loaded through them, such as Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used. These services may set cookies and process information such as pages visited, visit duration, device and browser type and approximate location on a statistical basis. Technical cookies needed for the site and your language choice are also used. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Maps and links to other sites

The map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps; when it loads, Google may process information such as your IP address and use cookies. The site also links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and social media; their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

Sharing and international transfers

Your data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes. It is processed only through our hosting and email delivery providers and the Google services listed above, limited to the purposes described. These providers may store data on servers outside Türkiye; such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK. Data may also be disclosed to competent public authorities where required by law.

Retention

Form records are kept for as long as required by law or by the purpose of processing after your request is completed, and are then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction or deletion, object to results arising from automated analysis and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Please send your requests to info@evrenaykoc.com; they will be answered free of charge within 30 days.
